Virtual damage appraisals are only used when your Insurance company directs you to the virtual appraisal program.
Pictures Required :
- 4 corners of vehicle (please step back from the vehicle approx. 3 meters before taking 4 corner pictures)
- Serial number
- Kilometers
- Licence plate
- Driver’s door interior trim panel showing all controls and switches
- Dash (showing the stereo)
- Back seat
- 1 of the back seat
- 5 of the damages from approximately 1 meter back (Minimum 5 pictures)
- Pictures of any prior damage, if necessary
If images exceed 10mb, please email the remainder of images to dispatch@cvas2000.com and include the Claim Number in the subject line.
The appraiser will review all the information you provide and will complete your appraisal and send a copy to you and a copy to your insurance. Please take a copy to your repair shop.
The appraisal is not an authorization to proceed with repairs. Only the vehicle owner can authorize repairs to begin by signing the work order at the repair shop after consulting with the insurance adjuster. Only the items listed on the appraisal are part of this loss. Only the appraiser can authorize additional repairs that are not listed on this appraisal.
