What We Offer

- 24 hour contact with the insured/client after the assignment is received (by Credit Valley Appraisal Service Ltd).
- Inspection of the unit 24 to 48 hours after assignment has been received (by Credit Valley Appraisal Service Ltd).
- Photos of the all the damages & complete vehicle, V.I.N. number and mileage (when possible).
- Detailed appraisals using the Audatex platform.
- Detailed valuation reports for total loss vehicles as per request.
- Completion of M.T.O vehicle branding forms on total losses.
- The ability to run Audatex valuations for problem files upon request.
- Electronic updates on all ongoing files every 24 to 48 hours as needed.
- Electronic file delivery with invoice.
- Implementation of client supplied guidelines.
- Salvage bids when requested.
- File completion (of standard files with no issues) within 72 hours of inspection

We will approach the appraisal of damaged motor vehicles or other property without prejudice against or favouritism toward any party involved for the purpose of making fair and impartial appraisals.
We will disregard any efforts on the part of owners, repairers, insurance personnel, third party administrators, attorneys, or others to influence our appraisals in any way in the interest of parties involved.
As a general practice, we will prepare an independent appraisal of damage, uphold the integrity of the Mass Appraisal Laws, and be, in every way, consistent with honest policy to enhance our position with the public, the insurance industry, and the automotive repair business.
