Pictures Required :
- 4 corners of vehicle – step back from the vehicle approximately 3 meters before taking 4 corner pictures
- Serial number
- Kilometers
- Licence plate
- Driver’s door interior trim panel showing all controls and switches
- Dash (showing the stereo)
- 1 of the back seat
- 1 of inside the trunk from approximately 1 meter back
- Pictures of any prior damage, if necessary
If images exceed 10mb, please email the remainder of images to dispatch@cvas2000.com and include the Claim Number in the subject line.
The appraiser will review all the information you provide and will complete your ACV and send a copy to you.
